Description
Are you a driven and enthusiastic sales professional with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others? We are a private pay homecare agency ("LHCSA") dedicated to offering personalized and compassionate care to our clients. We seek a dynamic, self-motivated, results-oriented Salesperson to join our team and help us expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage their own schedule. The position offers a base salary with a commission/bonus incentive linked to performance.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and actively seek new sales opportunities within the private pay homecare market (hospitals, ALF's, Geriatric Care Managers, SNFs...)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, families, and caregivers.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' needs and tailor our home care services to meet their individual requirements.
- Present our services to potential clients and confidently address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the office team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify key growth opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and establish valuable connections.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the homecare or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the private pay homecare market and its unique dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach when engaging with potential clients and their families.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
