Job Summary and Opportunity:
The Premier Sales Administrator will have a thorough understanding of the company’s responsible growth strategy, operations, and compliance initiatives to support the Premier Business Unit. The Premier Sales Administrator supports their assigned sales team with various administrative tasks including inbound call management, client onboarding, documentation review and project coordination. This role will have crossover into areas of Deposits, Lending, and Investments.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between Internal and External centers of influence: Brokers, Advisors, Businesses, Clients and new account/deposit operations to establish new consumer deposit accounts
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with assigned projects
  • Perform quality control on assigned projects throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Actively cross-sells appropriate banking solutions to new and existing clients. Partners with Invest, Small Business, Lending and other LOBs to meet customers financial needs
  • Assist in opening new accounts, mail signature cards and Trust Certifications when needed
  • Interface with multiple software platforms including but not limited to ARMS, Andera, Synapsys, Xperience, SQL, Tableau and SalesForce
  • Actively engages with customer portfolio for growth, risk mitigation, referral opportunity and retention and responds to customer inquiries within Service Level Agreements
  • Provide support to effectively manage the existing client portfolio, sales pipeline, and incoming client application and field incoming customer requests – calls, secured message, email
  • Support partner RM in meeting their assigned sales goals of deposit generation, fee income and new relationships to the bank
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of all products offered
  • Help perform new vetting, due diligence, collect and maintain documentation; provide detailed correspondence to BSA and comply with Federal regulations
Requirements:

  • Consumer and small business fundamentals
