React Health sells and supports its product and services in the acute-care, non-acute and home medical equipment markets. React Health has built a model that combines manufacturing and distribution of products and services to meet the challenges of the undiagnosed as well as those needing therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory population.

The right candidate will have existing medical sales industry contacts within DME/HME companies and Sleep Labs and experience in building relationships with the industry’s most visible accounts. This position is responsible for promoting sales growth and customer satisfaction: all while communicating and supporting the Company’s mission, vision, and core values. You will serve as a leader in developing new business by identifying potential customers and strategic partnerships, while growing our existing book of business.

The preferred candidate would reside in NY.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary sales contact that is responsible for overall growth and management of new and existing DME/HME and/or Sleep Lab accounts within defined territory
  • Achieves assigned sales quota and profitability across all designated product lines within territory accounts
  • Conducts regular sales calls and education/training to customer accounts: Phone, Zoom, In-person
  • Manages territory budget to maximize customer impact to include product and travel expense
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal teams (Customer Advocates, Clinical Account Specialists, Marketing) to achieve account specific objectives and improve overall customer experience
  • Adhere to all Company and industry laws for fraud, abuse and compliance
  • Utilize and Maintain CRM database to include customer information, follow-up correspondence, copies of correspondence to account, and sales analyses.
  • Increase knowledge of our products, and industry as well as competitive products and activity
  • Negotiate and communicate trading terms, pricing, and cost increases where relevant
  • Focus on forecasting, internal communication and understanding of retailer supply demands
  • Support or facilitate resolution of client concerns
  • Attends regional and national trade shows as requested by VP of Sales
  • May require occasional work outside normal business hours, including weekends
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Work closely with Clinical Team and Customer
