Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and drive sales by promoting our products/services to potential clients. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and maximizing revenue through your exceptional sales skills. Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
• Present, demonstrate, and articulate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions to meet their requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer information using our CRM system.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and build relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset with a hunger to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for managing leads and tracking sales activities.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and web-based applications.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
