Now Hiring - Professional Services Parts Sales and Support in Kansas City, KS

Job Duties:

• Process orders taken over the phone and electronically
• Assist customers with parts related inquiries
• Produce quotes and assisting parts associates as needed
• Help to locate shipments or process errors, including root cause determination
• Assist with parts pricing and programs
• Assist the warehouse to fill priority orders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of sales, parts, or aftermarket support experience
• Background in agriculture preferred but not required
• Able to speak Spanish a plus, but not required.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
