We are a home décor company located in Brooklyn, NY. We are dedicated to providing exceptional DIY home décor to customers nationwide. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand in the market. As we continue to expand our retailers, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Representative. This position is an in-office position. It requires a combination of skills including time management, data analysis, organization, and knowledge of e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide exceptional client service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
• Preparing product presentations, item setup templates and submitting content to clients
• Careful recording, monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date files/data base for multiple client accounts.
• Manage/Optimize e-commerce platforms, product listings, and review inventory management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to drive business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and customer spending behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in e-commerce.
