We are in search of a Customer Service Representative at our Middleton, WI facility. The selected candidate will be an active contributor to the Administrative Office, Sales, and Operations teams. He/she will work in conjunction with the sales and manufacturing team to ensure customer orders are entered, scheduled, and delivered in a timely manner. Major functions of this position are customer facing, requiring a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, sales, or office management and be able to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail orientation. We are interested in highly motivated, technically-minded, individuals with a hunger for excellence.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for accurately and timely order entry, creating and updating customer accounts, processing return/credit requests, and maintaining internal SKU data within Unix.
· Responsive answering of customer service related phone calls and emails throughout the workday. Timely resolution of customer requests or questions.
· Assist Production Scheduler in producing daily production/shipping schedules, targeting the optimization of internal production planning and customer service demands.
· Run month-end sales reporting for Middleton-based business units through UNIX platform.
· Responsible for learning procedural, policy, and system enhancements and adapting to changes as we grow.
· Responsible for monitoring customer service satisfaction levels and interacting with customers, co-workers, and outside sales representatives via phone and email.
· File and maintain organization of required paperwork
· Responsible for quality assurance/audit of work duties.
· Maintain a positive and respectful work environment with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
· Responds to all internal and external requests for information.
· Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement: High school diploma/GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.

Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a customer service, sales, or customer-facing role.

· Excellent organizations skills, strong attention to details, the ability to multi task and adapt to changing priorities.

· Strong troubleshooting and computer skills.

· Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.

· Proven work experience as a logistics manager with a record of successful logistics management and leadership.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with UNIX preferred. Good computer skills and understanding of website navigation is necessary.
