Synergy Florida Sales Designers provide solutions to homeowner’s technology and entertainment desires. Pre-qualified homeowners are introduced to options to create a level of automation and convenience in their home (i.e. one touch controls, home theater, central vacuum, surround sound, etc.).

Knowledge / Responsibilities

As a Systems Designer, you will be meeting with new home buyers in our State-of-the-Art Showroom; creating accurate, comprehensive, and customer approved documents; attending weekly in-house meetings/trainings; and provide professional account management with our in-house installation team, builders, and homeowners.

During your client meeting you will create and present quotes while maintaining profit margin; provide a comprehensive scope of work and maintain CRM.

What you will bring –

Motivation to help homeowners bring their SMART home/ automation desires to their home. Previous sales experience in the Low Voltage, Outdoor Living, Security Monitoring, high end AV industries is preferred. Strong interpersonal, oral, computer, and written communication skills.

What we are looking for experienced sales professionals with all or some of the following knowledge-

Low Voltage – Structured Wiring Design

Outdoor Kitchen Package Sales

Automation and control systems; [please apply online] Control4 and Harmony Pro

Security systems and monitoring

HD video surveillance systems

Lighting Indoor/Outdoor control systems

Landscape speaker packages

Valid Florida Driver’s License (clear record)

Must be detail oriented and deadline driven
