Here at Verlo Mattress, we are looking for a well-spoken, upbeat, goal-oriented, driven, and responsible person to join our growing comfort coach team. Our comfort coaches help local community members by informing them on the best way to get a great night's sleep. We do this through knowledge and science-based sales processes whose sole purposes are to truly help our guests. We will train the right candidate, and no sales experience is necessary. All we require is a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and the ability to enhance our culture further.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using a proven, easy-to-navigate sales system.
• Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis for customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

Skills

• No Sales experience is needed!
• Basic computer skills
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to truly listen to a customer and help them according to their wants and needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
