OUR SALES ROLE:

Our Executive Sales Consultant role is nothing short of luxurious. It combines the art of design with the excitement of sales. Our leads are already warm, with potential customers reaching out to us through phone calls, gallery walk-ins, and inquiries. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to source new B2B connections, expanding your network and reaching more potential clients.

As an Executive Sales Consultant, you'll have a perfect balance of in-home consultations and time spent in our Waukesha and Menomonee Falls galleries. This allows you to showcase our products and services in various settings, providing an immersive and personalized experience for our clients.

With our unwavering dedication to customer experience, we have designed a compensation plan that will motivate and reward you. You'll start with a generous base pay and gradually transition to a base plus commission until you reach your final phase of full commission. Ultimately, you'll have the opportunity to earn 100% uncapped commission after your first year, paving the way for substantial financial success.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS ROLE:

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for sales and design. While a high school diploma is required, we highly value candidates with at least 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience and design experience. Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
