WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will collaborate with business stakeholders, in leading the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic plan to advance Charter Wire’s Engineered Shaped Wire Solutions portfolio with key customers.
• You will analyze, model markets, assess attractiveness of opportunities and leads the development of key customer strategies to realize the opportunities.
• You will develop new business with key customers that strategically leverages Charter Wire’s integrated supply chain.
• You will drive the product development process through commercialization to enable immediate and long-term sustainable growth with targeted key customers.
• You will develop, evaluate, and implement pricing models and strategies to optimize revenue, market share, and long-term profits.
• You will support the S&OP and Business Planning processes to provide sales forecasts and report performance of the assigned key customer products to these plans.
• You will also support Inside Sales to deliver superior customer service.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE FROM YOU

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related degree.
• Five plus years sales and marketing experience managing key customer relationships, preferably in engineered shaped wire solutions
• Demonstrated ability to take the output of marketing research documents and detailed reports and translate that information into market/key customer opportunities
• Experienced in strategic account development, managing key customers, negotiating, and influencing key customer buying decisions
• Fundamental understanding of the operational principles of the volume/cost/price relationship
• Demonstrated success in creating and selling specific value propositions to new and existing key customers
• High-energy, self-motivated and responsible with mature judgment and initiative.
• Capable of managing to completion a variety of projects and programs simultaneously and efficiently
• Previous success leading others in cross-functional teams and/or project management experience
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to switch messaging and approach that enables successful communication at multiple levels of the business and with external customers
• Proficiency with advanced features of Microsoft Office software products, PowerPoint and Excel are a must

Pay: $113,600.00 - $142,000.00 per year
