$78,000.00 to 155,000.00 +++ or More Annually

Are you looking for an exciting new sales career working with a team that is upbeat and passionate about life, work, and serving a variety of clients and customers? We are currently hiring a Field Sales Representative for our Real Estate Company in our Rutherford County office (37086). Candidates must be, friendly, committed, coachable, have incredible work ethic, and able to balance a variety of tasks, people, objectives and projects in a fast paced work environment.

*This is NOT a real estate agent or investor position. No licensing or real estate experience is required.

Qualified applicants will want to grow with our companies and team, be willing to pitch in when and where necessary, be resourceful and get the job done. An ideal applicant should be someone who is aggressive, persistent, coachable, resourceful, and exemplifies a positive, problem solving and team oriented attitude that embraces challenges with optimism.

Ideal candidates will have good transportation and can work from their vehicle and from our office.

Applicants should be self-starters, committed to follow-through and hitting their sales-goals and KPI’s and have a basic understanding of the sales process (2 Plus Years minimum sales experience preferred). This position entails a lot of driving, knocking on doors, talking to some businesses, talking on the phone, building rapport, overcoming objections and setting appointments.
