Now Hiring - Warehouse/Sales Manager in Sparks, NV

Responsibilities / Job Duties:

· Finding new customers for warehousing with developing and maintaining strong customer relationships

· Deliver the rates for the warehousing inquiries of customers and freight forwarders

· Reply the storage or new shipment inquiries of the actual customers and freight forwarders

· Follow up the sent offers

· Manage to enter the customer meetings and inquiry data to the used CRM Program

· Arrange new customer visits

· Work on trends and market researches to develop target customers and markets

· Develop weekly, monthly and yearly sales strategies

· Inform the won business to the Operation Team with necessary data

· Prepare the sales reports and responsible to participate the meetings and social activities those will be scheduled by the company management

· Demonstrate a commitment to conduct operations in accordance with the Safety, Health & Environmental program

· Planning and try the best to realize the figures for the agreed target budget

Requirements / Qualifications:

· Customer centric and solution targeted mindset

· Good understanding of logistics and customer needs.

· Knowledge of variables for warehouse needs - transportation methods and incoterms

· Ability to interact and work effectively with customer and vendors, always maintaining a high level of integrity.

· Provide guidance and feedback for improving sales skills of the sales team

Education / Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in sales for any kind of warehousing or/and transportation

· Good computer knowledge in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
