Now Hiring - Assistant Manager in Brooklyn, NY

Owner / Manager seeks Assistant Property Manager for their Brooklyn Portfolio.

Experience with Rent Controlled / Rent Stabilized leases and experience with HPD, ECB & DOB procedures is a must. The ideal candidate must also possess superior organizational skills and be able to work independently.

A minimum of 7 years related Real Estate Management / Construction experience is required.

Candidate must be proficient at Excel; ability to assist with multiple construction / renovation projects; knowledge of apartment renovations is a plus; must be able to communicate effectively with tenants and meet varying demands and deadlines in a fast paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
