Account Manager

Saint Paul, MN | Direct Hire | $65-75k plus commission
Konik is partnering with a local commercial printing company that is seeking to add an Account Manager to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a family-owned company with no cap on commission. A background in commercial printing or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
What you would be doing: Account Manager

  • Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Present and promote our large-format printing solutions, emphasizing their unique value propositions.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the St. Paul area to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
  • Present and promote our large-format printing solutions, emphasizing their unique value propositions.
  • Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.

Your qualifications: Account Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the large-format printing industry or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of large-format printing processes, products, and industry trends is a HUGE plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
