Now Hiring - Sales Support Associate in Henderson, NV

Community Finance LLC. (CF), a finance company in the rapidly growing buy now, pay later market with a 12 year track record is looking to expand their sales capabilities with a Sales Support position. This job is headquartered out of Henderson, NV but can be virtual for the right candidate. After training, this is a work-from-home for most of the time.

The position will be to support our customers – retail merchants – with the sales process. This includes training, transaction support and follow-up to feedback from our merchants.

Please note the schedule requirements:

- Wednesday through Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST with Monday and Tuesday off

Responsibilities for this role:

· As a member of the sales team, you will gain a solid understanding of the sales and business operations processes to assist with merchant relationship management over the phone, e-mail and through screen sharing.

· Provide general phone support to answer questions about the sales process and routing calls to the appropriate department.

· Serving as a liaison between customers and merchants to assist in finalizing purchases.

· Produce reporting for merchants.

· Assist customers in locating retailers to finalize their purchase.

· Support the sales staff with additional research and administrative projects as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following background, experiences, and attributes:

· Associate or bachelor’s degree highly preferred with a minimum of three years of customer service / sales support / sales experience.

· An individual who is eager to learn, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with a customer service focused mindset.

· Strong research skills.

· Ability to thrive and adapt both independently and in collaboration with other departments and management in a small company with a fast-paced, evolving environment.

· A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality, integrity and customer service.
