Job Responsibilities: As a Credit and Debt Sales Closer, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities by effectively closing leads provided by our top-quality lead generation system. Your primary objective will be to help individuals repair their credit and settle their unsecured debt. Key responsibilities include:

• Closing sales and achieving aggressive sales targets
• Understanding the quality of leads provided and utilizing them effectively
• Providing exceptional customer service and guidance to potential clients
• Demonstrating expertise in credit repair and debt settlement processes
• Exercising leadership and maintaining consistency in your approach
• Contributing to a positive and encouraging team atmosphere
• Leveraging your sales skills to generate substantial income, with 6-figure income potential

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in phone sales, specifically in credit repair, student loans, or debt settlement
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of consistency in the workplace
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close deals effectively and consistently
• Self-motivated and driven by results
• Familiarity with credit repair and debt settlement processes
• Ability to thrive in a non-micromanagement work environment

Compensation and Benefits: We understand the value of your skills and offer competitive compensation and benefits, including:

• Commission-based income structure with 50% commission on clients' first payment for credit repair and 1% commission on total debt enrolled for debt settlement
• Minimum commission of $100 per deal
• Weekly pay on Fridays (1099 status)
