We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Outside Sales Executive in the cannabis industry with a distinct advantage of working with a well-established client leads list. RedBird is a reputable brand and a distribution company representing multiple brands. and we are looking for Outside Sales Executives who will focus on bringing our product line to Dispensaries that we already distribute products to on behalf of other brands.

As an Outside Sales Executive, your primary focus will be engaging with dispensaries throughout Oklahoma. To facilitate a unique introduction, we offer you the opportunity to accompany our delivery personnel during their routes. This allows you to establish in-person connections with dispensary owners who are already utilizing our distribution channel to purchase other products. You will have the chance to promote and showcase the RedBird brand, leveraging the existing business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Foster relationships with Dispensary staff, management, and, if possible, owners to build strong connections in the OK CIty area.
• Share extensive knowledge of our products and highlight their value to help Dispensary staff understand our benefits for patients.
• Expand our customer base by acquiring new accounts while maintaining and supporting existing ones.
• Keep dispensary management informed about our new products in the market and offer recommendations on how to maintain competitiveness.
• Demonstrate willingness and capability to participate in or organize events at dispensary locations.
• Possess an outgoing and positive personality, which is highly valued in this role.

Requirements:

• Applicant must reside in the greater OKC area.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in outside sales.
• Must possess a personal vehicle for transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No felony convictions.
• Proficient in utilizing technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
