We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional, 5-star customer service to our clients.

Job Description

As a Sales Associate at Legends Limousine Worldwide, you will play a pivotal role in providing a pleasant experience for our clients, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. You will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, build strong relationships, and promote our luxury transportation services. This is a professional, office-based work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provides pleasant, personalized customer service of the highest level & acts as a proud ambassador of the company
• Answers telephone calls and responds to e-mails in a courteous & professional manner
• Represents the company professionally in-person as well as via Zoom to clients, affiliates, & staff
• Provides customers with service information, including fleet vehicle selection, rates, & accurate price quotes
• Advises clients on suitable transportation options & solicits additional trip reservations via inbound/outbound calls & Zoom meetings
• Enters information regarding all new reservations into JLimo database & uses Zoho CRM to manage client relationships
• Delivers confirmation e-mails to clients & re-confirms future reservations
• Works closely with the Lead Dispatcher to address client or chauffeur concerns
• Relays information to & from affiliates concerning domestic or international travel arrangements
• Transfers calls to the appropriate staff, & if not available takes a message
• Creates incident reports for any problems, including: bailouts, tire flats, accidents, & customer complaints
• Remains calm when handling a difficult client & escalates the situation to the Sales Director or Lead Dispatcher if necessary

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry
• Experience working with luxury brands or high-end clientele
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to establish relationships with others via phone, e-mail, Zoom, & in-person
• A professional, client-facing appearance that inspires reliability & trust
• Ability to work in a team with a positive & supportive mindset
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of NYC, GPS, & dispatching software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation:

• $18 - $21 per hour ($37,000 - $43,680 base salary dependent on experience)
• Monthly commission bonus (performance based)
