THE CHALLENGE
Eventbrite is a global platform that brings people together through live experiences.Through Eventbrite Ads, our new ad platform, we're expanding our reach and capabilities to help our customers reach a broader audience for their events.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage relationships with new and existing clients, and guide them in leveraging Eventbrite Ads to meet their marketing goals.
YOU WILL
- Uncover & Drive Strategy for Eventbrite Clients: Lead sales calls, business reviews, and recurring check-ins. Understand needs and make recommendations. Build custom sales presentations by preparing key data, historical findings, and relevant research using Eventbrite Ads.
- Create Opportunities & Deliver Revenue: Steer client conversations towards opportunities for brands to use Eventbrite Ads to achieve their promotion objectives. Create, nurture and close opportunities. Hit revenue targets.
- Build Pipeline: Track a high volume of complex conversations; leverage software to prioritize your activity & engagement.
- Manage Campaigns: Partner with Account Managers to handle campaign performance and ensure success.
- Ownership of Post-Campaign Analysis: Handle the post-campaign analysis, presenting findings and recommendations to drive repeat business.
- Evangelize: Command & convey key Eventbrite Ads product knowledge to clients with accurate detail. Be a champion for client needs with internal stakeholders.
- Work Across Functions: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, & Data teams; perform occasional nuts & bolts work that helps keep our platform up & running efficiently.
THE SKILL SET
- Knowledgeable: You have 2-4+ years of experience managing a pipeline & driving revenue within a digital advertising technology organization. You also possess strong industry knowledge and a desire to grow within the digital media industry.
- Customer-Oriented: You have a reputation of providing extraordinary customer service. You're able to translate client requests into recommendations that meet business objectives.
- Analytical: You have the ability to craft impactful sales rationale stories using data and research.
- Organized & Self-reliant: You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail who can work independently within a team-focused organization. You thrive while navigating varied demands on your time, rather than being told what to do in an environment free of distraction.
- Articulate: You succinctly express your stakeholders’ needs, and your own, to others. You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Technically Proficient: You have excellent dexterity in Excel and PowerPoint and have experience working within CRMs, OMSs, ad servers, and other digital media tech systems.
- Intrinsically Motivated: You strive to be the best. You're driven more by beating your own prior top score than by reigning as the top scorer on
