Now Hiring - Retail Sales Sales Representative (Non-Alcoholic) in Milwaukee, WI

The NA Sales Representative is primarily focused on non-alcoholic brands. This position’s main role is to sell, maintain and grow the non-alcoholic brands in house and expanding the market through collaboration efforts with the in-house Sales and Marketing staff and vendors, both current and potential. This will be primarily a Monday through Friday position with some nights and weekends. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Create, develop, and maintain positive relationships in every account.
• Answer all customer questions concerning price, products, promotions, etc.
• Honor all business and personal commitments to customers.
• Call in and service all customer requests the same day.
• Provide quick and complete resolutions to customer complaints.
• Set and assist in execution of all shelf contracts.
• Ride with Supplier Reps as needed to meet with key retailers and accounts to build our business together.
• Communicate to sales force on weekly basis any chain activity including set activity.
• Ride with sales representatives and group leaders to look for/execute any new sales opportunities.
• Work with teams on setting up account promotions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in marketing or business preferred
• One to three years’ experience working in sales and/or marketing
• One or more years' experience in beverage sales highly preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of insurance required
