Job Description: Inside Sales Representative DFW Territory

Reports to Sales Manager

Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing existing accounts, generating new leads, advancing the sale process, and overall customer support. The successful candidate will have good telephone skills and sales attitude, along with administration skills.

Job Duties:

- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts.
- Attend periodic sales training and sales meetings.

Required Qualifications:

- Must have the capability to work efficiently in a team setting, as well as independently.

- Solid computer multitasking skills.

- Punctuality.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous customer service experience preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
