Job Description

Expanding disability management leader seeking a Sales Executive for Workers' Compensation Case Management.

FRR is excited to offer a challenging opportunity to an energetic, self-motivated Sales professional with insurance industry, healthcare and/or case management experience. Under the general supervision of the Director of Sales, and in collaboration with IMX Medical Management Services, the Sales Executive will implement strategies that will result in revenue retention and growth for their business segment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years demonstrable experience in sales, customer service or marketing within an insurance, workers’ compensation, or case management/healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college, or equivalent experience/combined education
  • Ability to implement strategic sales plans and achieve desired results
  • Informed, effective and efficient decision-making skills
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing projects, to include maintaining daily scheduled activities and meetings, with effective time management skills
  • Comfort and skill at presenting publicly to lead marketing presentations
  • Proficient in technology use (CRM Database, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Proactive, problem solver, and accountable to customers and company management
  • History of building strong relationships with customers

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, secure, manage and maintain business relationships to meet expectations of company growth in number of accounts, referrals and revenue
  • Identify, pursue and secure new potential clients (local/regional/national)
  • Support current client maintenance and growth
  • Track sales activity and growth, maintaining detailed documentation in CRM platform
  • Maintain contact with key current clients (combination of in-person, telephonic, email and virtual activities)
  • Prepare and present proposals, stewardship data, and other presentations to current clients, potential clients, and staff
  • Coordinate educational in-services for clients and staff
  • Maintain accessibility and responsiveness to staff and clients
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Quality Management Program, to include responding to customer inquiries and requests
  • Attend industry conferences and events as necessary to educate prospects on product offerings
  • Travel as required to develop business opportunities and support/service client requests
