Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)
Position Overview:
Serves on the D2C Inside Sales Team as a point of contact responsible and accountable to the Inside Sales Manager on assigned accounts. This includes excellent and prompt communication, implementation, delivery of products, services, and collaboration on specific, on-going projects.

  • Job Responsibilities:*
  • Lead List processing for assigned clients with BI for Do Not Call Scrubs
  • Regular processing of Do Not Call subscription updates for eleven state and national lists with the BI and Telephony Team
  • Assistance with Dialer campaign call traffic monitoring
  • Weekly Lead disposition reporting
  • Assistance with client QBR reporting as needed.
  • Coordinate consumer file maintenance requests (Address/email/phone number updates, Okta Resets) with other departments as required.
  • Assist customers with order processing and cancellations as needed.
  • Assistance with QA calibration sessions (call reviews)
  • Consumer complaint follow-up
  • Assist with designated clients/field team phone calls and emails, working with various departments throughout the organization to manage the resolution of client questions, project deliverables and escalations.
  • Maintain knowledge base /reference guides for sales team.
  • Assist team with new client onboarding.'
  • Help to save cancellations.
  • Follow up with customer issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience required in Call Center/Contact Center, Technical Support and Help Desk Services and other back-office service, with recent exposure within a recognized call center and/or Business Process Outsourcing Services Company and/or similar experience from another source (e.g., Telecommunications, Financial Services, E-Commerce, Energy). Automotive/F&I Experience is a plus.
  • Strong consumer/sales development experience with the ability to create a positive client sales experience for the customer.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication.
  • Goal and results driven.
  • A proven track record demonstrating good business judgment, and a passion for excellence.
  • Good technical skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills working with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with all employee levels and work within a participative, fast paced, interactive team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check
