How do I make an impact on my team?
Our innovative Regional Sales Manager enjoy the opportunity of driving sales for award-winning properties within close proximity to high-demand markets.
  • Ability to sell value, tell our story & create an experience for our customers and customer prospects.
  • Stay informed with both brand related training, standards, and best practices staying on top of trends and new initiatives.
  • Ability to establish and maintain solid relationships with new customers and repeat/regular customers to increase business for the hotel.
  • Utilize the Building the Sales Pipeline Six Touch System with all prospects.
  • Identify and execute strategies to increase customer base and top line revenue in specified market segments/territory.
  • Respond to all leads, inquiries and RFPs in a timely and customized fashion, tailored to customers’ needs.
  • Negotiate terms and condition of business deals with group customers and/or locally negotiated corporate rate customers.
  • Produce and present group contracts and/or locally negotiated rate contracts to customers following NCG Hospitality standard contract procedures.
  • Utilizes Delphi program to trace all sales activities and bookings adhering to company documentation standards.
  • Prepare and submit Reports to supervisor as requested.
  • Provide visitors and potential clients with experiential property site tours.
  • Participate in all local and brand sales blitzes for the hotel and for other NCG Hospitality hotels as requested.

  • Related college degree or related work experience.
  • Previous outside sales experience with a proven track record of success of finding and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong account/customer qualification and infiltration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolution.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising good judgment and discretion.
  • Optimistic self-starter with high degree of drive, motivation and initiative.
  • Intermediate word processing and database skills.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective listening skills.
  • Able to quickly bounce back from rejection.
