Open House Atlanta Realty and Investments LLC is a full-service real estate investment company that provides single-family rentals to international investors. We are currently seeking a qualified, knowledgeable Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to assist in our continued growth. Open House Atlanta purchases approximately 40-50 properties per month in the Atlanta area.

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Georgia State Real Estate License is required, active GA real estate license is a plus
- Real estate and rehab estimating experience required
- Excel knowledge is required
- MLS experience preferred
- Ability to read HUD-1 documents and purchase contracts is a plus
- Valid driver’s license is required

Job Type: Full-time, Availability to work weekends as needed

Salary: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 / year (including Quarterly Bonus)
