Now Hiring - Appointment Setter in El Paso, TX

We are seeking motivated Appointment Setters to generate solar leads. Experience preferred but not required. Commission based pay with potential to earn $75,000/year or more. We will train!

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred door to door sales experience
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work weekdays and Saturdays
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Generate customers, leads, and referrals for solar demonstrations and information
• Coordinate with potential clients and sales reps and schedule appointments and meetings
• Network and generate referrals to develop strong buying relationships with customers
• Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
