Admiral Insurance Brokerage is seeking a full-time Commercial Non-Construction Account Executive to grow and serve our Commercial customer base. We are looking for an organized, solutions-oriented, and customer-focused person who wants the opportunity to grow and challenge themselves in a fast-paced industry.

Job Description Summary:

  • Admiral is growing at a rapid pace and we are looking for an individual looking to put down roots with a family-focused company in the role of Commercial Non-Construction Account Executive. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceptional customer service with an emphasis on client-focused communication.
  • The role consists of providing support to the department by following up with customers, processing certificates, entering customer data, organizing department spreadsheets and documents, and providing team support as needed with both renewals and new business. The desire to provide an exceptional consumer experience is at the core of what we do and is seen in every touch point.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • Previous Insurance Industry experience is a must.
  • Property and Casualty License is required.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Construction Insurance
  • Completion of at least 2 years of postsecondary education is desired.
  • Individuals with a proven track record in exceptional customer service is required.
  • Candidates must have exceptional communication skills both orally and written.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Effectively communicate with clients and carriers while providing exceptional service
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple requests from clients and management with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
  • Adept at learning new technology and vendor programs quickly
  • Experience using AMS360, Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, with a need to be highly organized when using Outlook, ImageRight, Acord Forms.
  • Candidates must be willing to go the extra mile to provide a level of customer service that exceeds industry standards and results in every customer feeling like family.
  • Client relationship management (i.e.: answer insured’s certificate requests, review policies for required coverages/limits and communicate and resolve any discrepancies)
  • Prepare submissions (inclusive of applications, loss runs, etc.) and submit to corresponding underwriters and wholesale markets for quoting new business, renewals, and rewrites.
  • Obtain and review underwriting exposures for both new and renewal accounts.
  • Request endorsements from the carriers adding Additional Insureds to policies including job specific manuscript endorsements.
  • Bill and invoice endorsements, new and renewal business.
  • Produce, amend, and renew certificates/binders/evidence of property insurance for commercial clients.
  • Client relationship management (via Email, telephone, answer insured’s questions, policy changes)
  • Review policies and coverages (to attach in AMS)
  • Transfer carrier proposals onto Admirals.
  • Create spreadsheets for current clients listing all policies that they currently have with us.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
