We are looking for a high-energy, passionate, detail-oriented sales and fitness professional to teach high energy classes as well as sell memberships. This is a sales heavy position. We are looking for future leaders who want to learn and grow with this position.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for group fitness and a proven track record of success in sales as well as interest in leadership.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Monitor clients' progress each week and make adjustments to their plans as needed
• Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans
• Lead Group Fitness Sessions
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Continuously educate oneself on industry trends and developments
• Desk duties including but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Participation and creation of coaching, marketing, and awareness content for use on social media to motivate and encourage members and prospects
• Assist with membership sales and retention efforts

Schedule

• We are currently looking for a full time professional that can work ~35 hours per week.
• You are required to work flexible shifts (mornings and evenings) Monday - Fridays and Saturdays. During the weekends, we only offer morning sessions.

Although beneficial to be accredited by nationally recognized fitness and nutrition programs (such as: NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc) it is not a requirement for the position.

Fit Theorem will also provide its own certification program to be assigned and completed within 30 days of being hired.

• No split shifts
• 2-3 Weekends off each month
• Closed on all major holidays
