• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Direct the activities of staff regarding day-to-day scheduling and monitoring work progress and projects.

• Involvement in negotiation of contracts and purchases related to transportation needs.

• Carry out and manage Brokerage activities

• Awareness of company operations to maintain effectiveness and profits.

• Help manage compliance of DOT program for drivers and equipment.

• Demonstrate a commitment to conduct operations in accordance with the Safety, Health & Environmental program.

• Involvement in incident investigation and cause analysis and help set up measures to avoid reoccurrence.

• Motivate and improve the quality of Team Members through effective training, Hire Right practices and by example.

• Solve problems and make decisions both individually and in a team environment.

• Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations

• Communicate with other departments to ensure on-time supply of vehicles and delivery of products as per customer KPIs

• Annual budget planning and aligning operations plans as per budgets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
