What You’ll Be Doing
CIBC World Markets Corp. seeks a Director, Foreign Exchange/Interest Rate Derivative Sales to develop customized trading solutions for CIBC’s middle market clients. Evaluate client risk profile cash flow in order to build appropriate hedging solutions. Monitor market trends and identify market changes that impact clients’ financial activities, and hedging strategies.

Who You Are
  • Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • followed by 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience with executing foreign exchange transactions for commercial clients.
  • Experience must include a minimum of:
  • 1 year of experience with identifying foreign exchange and interest rate risk
  • 1 year of experience with creating customized hedging solutions for clients that fit their risk profile; and
  • 1 year of experience with financial analysis and database management with multiple data sources using Barracuda FX OMS-Live, Bloomberg, FX Online, Excel, VBA, and WSS.
