This is not your typical sales job. You will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new clients and building long-term relationships. You will work as a trusted advisor, providing insurance that helps the customers protect their family, home, cars and retirement income.

Responsibilities


Outbound Sales Producer:

Prospect and write new P&C policies outside the book of business (leads are provided)

Follows New Day Insurance Agency sales processes for all prospects

Understands and implements pipeline management within Lead Management system for follow-up

Understands and follows compliance guidelines

Ensures all documents are received and signed

Leaves notes on relevant information on prospects and new clients in eAgent

Maintains knowledge of new products

Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions

Maintain positive attitude and willing to learn/improve


Inbound Sales Producer:

Services current customer base

Follows New Day Insurance Agency inbound processes on all calls

Cross-sells additional lines when there is an opportunity and as asggined

Creates referrals from existing customers and Center of Influence network (friends, realtors etc.)

Proactive outreach with the book of business for policy reviews and payment reminders

Maintains knowledge of new products

Leaves notes on relevant information from customer calls in eAgent

Assistance with claims

Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions

Maintain positive attitude and willing to learn/improve



Requirements


At minimum, you are:

Highly motivated and fast-paced

Incredible at building relationship with customers

A fabulous communicator and an excellent problem solver

Willing to learn and be coachable

Positive and have a can-do attitude
