Sales Manager Fitness Studio in Lakewood, CO
StretchLab is seeking an experienced General Manager/Sales Manager to oversee sales and operations for our studio located in Lakewood.
This individual must have a background in full cycle sales in a B2C environment, and will be expected to “Lead From The Front” in producing sales. This role is 80% Sales & 20% operations.
The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of the business, and communicating with studio ownership team on long-term strategies. We are looking for a reliable, honest, and dynamic leader who can quickly make decisions and work well in a fast-paced environment. StretchLab is revolutionizing the wellness industry through our specialized one-on-one assisted stretching. Our team of experts already certified in an array of related fields – physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, pilates, and more are highly trained through our proprietary flexologist training program and are truly changing lives daily.
POSITION
The ideal candidate will be heavily focused on driving sales, membership numbers, and revenue along with overseeing studio functionality.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owners
- Strong desire to increase all revenue streams from membership sales and retail
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Professional, punctual, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software
DUTIES
- Ability to meet membership/ revenue targets
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro Stretches
- Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Cultivate, schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
- Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Implement a sales process to schedule prospects and convert them to members
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Manage staff schedule
- Supervise Flexologists and Sales Representatives
- Ability to learn ClubReady software, to include generation of revenue reports, attendance, and membership reports, etc.
- Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Collect out-standing dues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
- Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
