Inside Sales - Mechanical

Inside Sales Staff has an intricate roll within Malloy working with all departments in our organization to manage the day-to-day business of our customer accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with Field Sales Staff.
• Assist Service Department as needed.
• Quote projects, working with specialists if needed.
• Quote customers on day-to-day business.
• Follow up via phone and/or email.
• Develop relationships with assigned accounts.
• Back up-front counter.
• Continued education on products and software

Requirements:

• High School diploma
• Postsecondary Education
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Positive attitude.
• Team player.
• Possess problem solving skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Phone etiquette
• Safety minded.
