Job Description:

As the Reservations Sales Supervisor, you would be responsible for the department culture and ongoing development to exceed guest expectations and revenue profitability above budget from a high performance contact center model.
This crucial role is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer service experience for our guests by meeting department KPI’s, service level goals and maintaining efficient operational standards. This is accomplished by overseeing daily sales operations and coaching the team on developing their sales skills. The position will assist with developing a sales culture by providing ongoing learning and coaching the sales agents for continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting coaching and evaluations, providing professional development and delivering recognition and reward.
  • Determines customer interaction criteria for quality monitoring guidelines, time management and productivity standards in addition to key performance metrics for sales and service as applicable.
  • Assist Director in effective execution of all required processes including data tracking and reporting, sales strategies, maintenance of the Central Reservation System and more.
  • Handling any guest comments or claims providing exceptional service and resolution.
The salary range starts at $50,000. Actual pay based on experience.
