Employees in this position will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities to drive revenue for the organization.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team and drive the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator, adept at building relationships, strong at multi-tasking, and possess a passion for exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for showcasing our products/services to potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing deals. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to understand customer needs will contribute significantly to the overall success of the company. Your primary goal will be to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Details
· An exciting opportunity for the savvy sales professional who seeks a challenge and a desire to grow professionally and financially.
· Full-time IN-OFFICE, Monday through Friday, with a 40-hour work week and one Saturday a month.
· Extensive experience in sales preferably with healthcare professionals such as Physicians and Nurses.
· Working in Fort Lauderdale, alongside other account managers and a full team of educational professionals.
· Developing a deep understanding of our products/services, their unique selling points, and advantages over competitors.
· Understanding customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicating how our products/services can address their challenges and provide value.
· Position entails speaking with clients on the phone, outbound calls and communicating via email, text, and other means.
· In addition to acquiring new customers, each Inside Sales associate will support our client base by answering questions and helping them prepare for upcoming training events.
· The objective of the position is to create long long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Requirements
· Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a sales or account executive with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
· Highly proficient with computers. A skills test will be given during the interview process.
· Experience working with customer CRMs (examples include SalesForce, Zoho, and HubSpot) as it is an integral part of the position in order to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
· Solid understanding of sales techniques, lead generation, and negotiation strategies.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
· Health Care background is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
