Ready Temporary Services, an affiliate of Nexeo HR, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. This position is responsible for driving new business, growing existing relationships, and overseeing efficient & effective business development.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business opportunities and develop effective and custom sales methods to secure client business.
  • Maintain existing relationships and cultivate new clientele by cold calling, following up with clients, and setting up appointments.
  • Promote feedback and communication with clients.
  • Work closely with branch team members to communicate the client's needs, goals, interests, and expectations.
  • Strategically build relationships that reduce workers comp and accounts receivable risk.
  • Prepare service agreements and quote profitable rates by utilizing automated software to achieve desired sales margins.
  • Organize quarterly account reviews with clients to evaluate and ensure service expectations have been met or exceeded.
  • Daily documentation of sales and client activity in CRM tools and systems.
  • Perform other operational duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide results-oriented solutions to branch needs.
  • Strong communication and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter and reliable team player.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Display a confident and determined sales approach.

Pay

$45K-$60K per year

Schedule

8am-5pm | Monday-Friday
