Now Hiring - Real Estate General Assistant in Bonita Springs, FL

An award-winning and top-producing real estate team in the Bonita Springs (West of US-41)/North Naples area seeks an experienced full-time General Assistant who will work with a variety of elements of our business.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Meet vendors/inspectors at our properties as needed
• Curate marketing materials using provided templates
• Create social media content
• Answer inquiries via phone call and email, as well as man the office
• Accompany showings at some properties (typically as time goes on, after a certain amount of experience)
• Assistance with our customer service program including assembling closing gifts, possibly assisting with coordinating services at our listings, possibly bringing supplies to a property, etc.
• General assistance with our team members through misc. items including printing assistance, some scheduling assistance, etc.
• General errand-running including banking errands, mail errands, etc.
• Man the office while also working on assigned tasks such as marketing assistance, property inquiries, etc.

Compensation will be $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience, (a combination of a primary salary with bonuses also paid). Eligible for a 401K contribution plan after 2 years of service. Also eligible for 3 weeks paid time off after one year. We do have a group health insurance plan that you may opt to participate in if you wish.

The ideal candidate will be a positive and friendly professional who writes and speaks eloquently and professionally, enjoys variety in the type of work performed, is eager to learn, willing to jump in wherever needed, and has a "can do" attitude, enjoys a fast pace, variation in their day to day (may be out at an inspection, then go to the office for a while, then go run an errand, etc.), loves interaction with clients and other realtors, and will be flexible to the always evolving needs of the real estate industry.
