We are currently seeking customer-focused, detail-oriented, goal-driven Service Consultants (Call Center Agents) to join our Call Center Team as a temp to perm employees. This role offers a kick-start into the world of banking, where you get to learn about various areas of the bank and how to utilize resources to respond to customers' inquiries. You'll gain a foundational knowledge base to build a successful career in the banking industry.

As a Service Consultant (Call Center Agent), you are the first line of communication for our internal and external customers. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced in environment alongside a team who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You'll also have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your performance.

Compensation: Pay starts at $20/hr with great opportunities for career growth.

Location: This position is located in the Kamehameha Industrial Center in Kalihi (Oahu).

Work Schedule: Office is open 7am-7pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary). Training will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, after which, schedules may shift as you go from training mode to call center agent mode. Overall training will take 3-6 months. This is a full-time, Temp to Perm position.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A high level of professionalism & strong verbal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while creating a positive customer experience & appropriately handling confidential customer information.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
  • Experience in a Call Center environment is desirable.
  • Experience with computers & internet highly desirable.

Other Requirements: Background check, credit check & drug screen will be conducted if offered the position.
