ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Client Services Team Lead to join our top-performing industrial brokerage team that is focused on capital markets and leasing. This position presents a great opportunity for a self-starter who has a desire to learn and excel in real estate and is looking to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

As a Client Services Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing efficiency for our team and delivering exceptional services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, conducting, and overseeing the workload and deadlines of our team members. In addition to also helping to manage transactions, you will be instrumental in producing direct marketing campaigns for property sales or leases. This involves creating customized property information materials, conducting comparable market analyses, performing market and industry research, and developing marketing strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to the recruitment, mentoring, and coaching of junior team members as well as working on and overseeing the business functions of the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Team and Workload Management:
Plans, coordinates, schedules, and oversees the workload, deadlines, and day-to-day activities of the sales team support members to ensure effective delivery of services.

Maximizes entire team's productivity, improves efficiencies, and manages costs through review, analysis, and implementation of streamlined, effective administrative, marketing and operational processes.

Provides feedback and recommendations for the recruitment, selection, promotion and advancement, corrective action, and termination of employees. Provides input for staff member's performance review.

Mentors and coaches junior team members to further develop strengths required to continuously improve client services, operational efficiencies, collaboration, and the professional image of CBRE.

Transactional Work & Marketing Campaigns:
Oversees the recording, tracking and monitoring of transactions to include listings and sales/leases.

Conceptualizes and develops the design of flyers, property brochures, proposals or offering memoranda to effectively facilitate deal closures

Assists the sales team in implementing business strategies and provides dedicated support to drive their success.

Monitoring may include expenses, client reimbursements, vouchers, commissions, and pipelines.

Interfaces directly with the clients, conducting occasional property tours, resolving routine issues, and responding to pricing and/or non-routine inquiries.

Collaborates with team leaders to offer expert guidance and strategic insights on marketing practices to enhance value for the team's clients, recommending the best way to market the property.

Coordinates the production of direct marketing campaigns for sale or lease of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analyses, market and industry research, and targeted mailing lists.

Ensures team members compile required data from designated resources and coordinates the design and production of the marketing materials.

Works with other support to maintain and updates marketing infrastructure, such as databases, CBRE Intranet, and external websites, including data on all prospects.

In addition to managing and mentoring a team, this role requires active involvement in performing transactional and marketing tasks. The successful candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in hands-on work to ensure the effective execution of these responsibilities. We are a small team and everyone must contribute.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
While this position currently does not involve direct supervisory responsibilities, there is potential for growth and the possibility of leading a team of 1-4 individuals.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college required.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

5 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals; ability to resolve and respond to conflicting priorities preferred.

3 years experience in the Real Estate industry.

CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES
Current real estate license for where work is performed is required.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Highly developed presentation skills. Demonstrates ability to present materials and some complex information effectively in both one-on-one and group situations.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. Ability to abstract a lease.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Capable of effectively solving problems that involve multiple options and complex situations.

OTHER SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred. Focus on problem solving, mathematical analysis and project management. Knowledge of accounting and business law helpful. Should have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office software, graphics software and additional internal company software.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause negative impact to internal and external clients.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Services Team Lead position is $85,000 annually [or $40.87 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Client Services Team Lead position is $95,000 annually [or $45.67 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
