Century 21 Signature Real Estate is a fast-paced, high-volume​ real estate brokerage in Iowa. We are seeking a​n​ administratively-minded ​individual to provide transactional assistance to ​a top-producing Realtor in the Metro Area.

This individual will ​grow the marketing presence and brand development for the Realtor's business. In addition, he/she will assist in all day-to-day client care, while managing, growing, and improving upon the systems already in place. This includes efficient maintenance transactions and regular ongoing communication with clients.

Qualifications Needed:

• Real Estate knowledge preferred - licensed preferred
• Great attention to detail
• Innate ability to establish rapport with anyone in person or over the phone
• Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Expert in social media platforms
• Marketing knowledge
• Administrative management experience
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Excited to get creative and collaborate on business planning

This is a part-time, Monday-Friday, hourly position based in Urbandale. The position is for 20 hours a week and hours can be flexible. Pay is depending on experience. Licensed realtors will be eligible for a bonus/ referral fee as it pertains to client referrals
