American Republic Insurance Services is looking for a District Sales Manager with a valid health and life insurance license and proven insurance sales experience. MUST HAVES:

• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, etc. required.
• High School Education
• Life and Health insurance License required
• Timely completion of all required American Republic Insurance Services training as directed once hired
• Ability to travel
• Proven track record in recruiting, training, and leadership
• Be willing and able to maintain state(s) license(s) as a condition of employment

QUALITIES NEEDED TO SUCCEED:

• Excellent time management, organization, and people skills.
• Effective leadership skills
• Enthusiastic work ethic
• Experience managing a team of sales agents required

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develop a field sales team to meet production growth objectives
• Communicate company sales plan to the American Republic Insurance Services representatives on a timely basis
• Establish priorities including providing mechanisms for frequent and effective communication within the sales team, assisting with regional forecasting production and enforcing performance standards
• Working with your Agency Sales Manager to recruit candidates who are looking to build a successful business by adding to the family of highly skilled American Republic Insurance Services Team Members
• Train in areas of administration, policies and procedures, compliance, product, sales recruiting processes and marketing.
• Manage leads from our lead generation program for your agency

As a District Sales Manager for American Republic Insurance Services you will receive hands on training from our Sales Channel Leaders. This will help you learn how our District Sales Managers are responsible for the growth, retention, and profitability of the business. You will learn from top agents to effectively perform activities including recruiting, training, motivating, managing, developing and leading American Republic Insurance Services representatives.

This is a W2 position with base pay, bonus opportunities, commissions and 401K with corporate participation!
