Job Description: In-Home Water Treatment Sales Professional

Are you passionate about the environment and making a difference in the world? Do you have a knack for sales and possess in-depth knowledge of water treatment solutions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an In-Home Sales Professional.

What we need done:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water treatment market, targeting residential customers.
  • Follow up on leads provided through our channel partners, marketing and customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their unique water treatment or water heater requirements and propose tailor-made solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and differentiators of our water treatment products and services to potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and top-notch customer experiences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the water treatment sector, providing valuable insights to product development and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.

Who we are looking for:

  • Proven In-Home Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Prior water treatment or water heater knowledge a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Customer-Focused: Passionate about understanding customer needs and providing innovative solutions to address their challenges.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiation techniques, contract development, and closing deals.
  • Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently to achieve set objectives.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check.
