We are seeking enthusiastic Spring/Summer sales associates to join Prime Pest Solutions' team and help homeowners in local neighborhoods with their pest/rodent issues. As a seasonal door-to-door sales position, this role offers you the opportunity to earn a generous commission and receive comprehensive training and support systems to help you succeed.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys going above and beyond to achieve outstanding results. You will be responsible for generating leads through door-to-door interactions and referrals, providing clients with exceptional product knowledge, giving quotes, following up, and closing sales. In addition, you will attend regularly scheduled staff meetings to review sales activity, new prospects, and new products, and strive to improve your personal selling skills through outside training, professional development books, and videos.

Qualifications include an outgoing and friendly personality, self-motivation, the ability to work independently and with a team, and the ability to knock door-to-door and walk for most of the day. This is a full-time, temporary position with flexible 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, and supplemental commission-based pay ranging from $25,000 to $80,000 per year.
