Who we are: Office Furniture NOW! is a well-established office furniture dealer serving all sized organizations. We have a standout showroom and warehouse in Southeast Austin and are looking to expand again.

We are seeking consultative sales representatives who possess the passion, skill, and discipline necessary to thrive on an base and incentive pay structure in which there are no limits to your earning potential.

What you'll do: Achieve revenue, profit, and compensation goals by:

• Developing new clients
• Actively seeking referral business.
• Servicing existing clients and reengaging past clients.
• Proactively working leads provided by Office Furniture NOW!
• Constantly and consistently be prospecting to build, fill, and manage your pipeline.

What it takes to be successful:

• Demonstrated ability to uncover a prospect’s needs while gaining a solid understanding of their business
• Provide creative solutions and an outstanding customer experience
• Ability to sell a company's differentiated expertise using consultative selling strategies
• High level of collaboration with your internal support team in order to serve and grow your client relationships
• Excellent communication and computer skills: including written, verbal, phone, email, database, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications
• Positive and optimistic attitude
• Laser focus to achieve results through your behaviors and activities
• Passion for success achieved through your personal and team performance
• Strong sense of personal accountability thru your behaviors and metrics
• Constant passion for learning and improving

Compensation and Benefits:

• Biweekly Salary with additional percentage compensation which moves to a Biweekly Salary and percentage compensation (our reps average $80,000+ with some earning much more - no limits on earning potential)
• Training pay designed to accommodate a several month ramp up
