We are a growing RV rental car fleet in Oceanside and we're seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team at [please apply online] As an RV Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional levels of customer service. If you're reliable, outgoing, energetic, and adaptable to changing schedules and tasks, we want to hear from you. While experience within RVs is ideal, it is not essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the vehicle handover process for all rentals, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed with signatures.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on vehicles, including checking fuel and other levels, verifying accessories, and ensuring all service manuals, book packs, and handover forms are ready.
• Meet and greet guests within the Service Area, providing an outstanding vehicle handover experience by demonstrating vehicle operations and troubleshooting methods.
• Clean and prepare returned vehicles for the next trip, including interior cleaning, vacuuming, sanitizing, inspection, and adherence to our cleaning standards.
• Wash and dry vehicle exteriors, check fluid levels and warning lights, refill as needed, inspect tires, and inspect vehicle exteriors for damage.
• Safely and efficiently transport vehicles between locations.
• Offer ancillary products and services to enhance the customer's camping experience.
• Inspect incoming and returned RVs for damages, document any new issues, report charges as needed.
• Drive RVs to service centers if required.

Requirements:

• Well-presented individual with strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and adapt to ad-hoc requirements.
• Experience in customer handling, customer service, and cleaning procedures.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Schedule and Pay: This is a part-time to full-time position with the potential for growth into a management role.

Pay will be determined based on experience and ability to deliver five-star customer service. The starting base salary is up to $25 per hour, with a monthly bonus based on customer reviews, offering the potential to earn over $30 per hour. Additionally, you'll receive a $20 bonus for every 5-star review received.

Living in or near Downtown Oceanside is a requirement, as you may be required to be on call at times.
