Commercial Fire & Communications is seeking a Deficiency Sales Representative to serve our clientele as the primary point of contact for developing solutions towards deficiencies identified within inspection reports. In addition, this role also remains responsible for proposing prospective clientele test and inspection service agreements to successfully fulfill local, state, and national life safety requirements. The qualified candidate will be integral to organizational service operations and must possess a high energy level, excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective administrative abilities, with an emphasis on client rapport and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate all inspection reports for identified deficiency opportunities
  • Develop solutions, via proposal, for all identified deficiencies within two (02) business days
  • Follow up with clientele towards proposed deficiency solutions
  • Develop test and inspection service agreements for prospective clientele
  • Maintain organizational databases towards client account additions and modifications
  • Exercise independent discretion and judgment to address challenges regarding daily administrative requirements
  • Answer and respond to telephone and email inquiries within an office environment
  • Maintain punctual attendance Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of service sales experience required
  • Previous deficiency sales experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to achieve deadlines and established objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
