Job Summary:

The Account Executive will be responsible for full-cycle sales, which may include: cold outreach (emails, cold calls, social media, etc.), qualifying leads, initiating free trials, and closing sales. The AE will also assist in developing new sales strategies and processes within the organization.

  • Understands the pain points and needs of the industries we serve. These may include: restaurants, retail, convenience stores, hotels, and more.
  • Listens and engages with people easily. Effortlessly builds relationships and establishes rapport.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, fast-growing environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying and qualifying business opportunities via prospecting, cold outreach, and company generated leads.
  • Schedule and perform introduction calls. Coordinates with operations team to schedule trials.
  • Maintain follow-ups with potential leads.
  • Proactively maintains rapport with decision makers to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Maintain and track activity & customer data throughout the sales cycle in CRM.
  • Keep up with industry trends, new product offerings, and macroeconomic events.
  • Form partnerships cross functionally with operations, training, quality, and account management teams.
  • Additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 5-10 years’ sales or business development experience preferred in B2B services.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms.
  • Able to be flexible and meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Up to 10-15% travel may be required.
