Looking for:

• Highly precise worker, who takes time to earn trust while respecting authority
• Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work
• Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work
• Must have high energy and positive attitude, plus strong listening and communication skills
• Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper based
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
High School Diploma or equivalent

What you’ll do as a Sales Support Representative:

• Arrange cars on the lot and ensure car lot is neat and orderly.
• Receive regular sales training from an experienced staff.
• Complete Garff University sales training.
• Occasionally assist salespeople in the process of the sale.
• Fuel cars and do minor maintenance such as, change windshield wipers, replenish fluids, etc.
• Ensure incoming cars are received properly: check serial numbers, assign stock control numbers to cars, catalog and store keys
• Inspect vehicles for damage and/or presence of accessories listed on the invoice, such as spare tires and radio and stereo equipment; make record of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt
• Deliver sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department
