National Correctional Industries Association is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team!

Small non-profit membership association in the Mount Vernon section of Baltimore, MD seeks ambitious and organized sales and marketing manager for inside business-to-business sales position. Candidate will be responsible for outbound sales of advertising and conference-related exhibits and sponsorship sales campaigns, as well as marketing of these initiatives to the association’s corporate membership. Candidate will also be responsible for corporate membership recruitment and retention. Position includes tradeshow management responsibilities at annual national conference. Applicant must have worked in an inside sales environment for a minimum of two years; previous association sales experience preferred. Advanced knowledge/expertise with all MS Office programs required. Experience with association management platform and project management software preferred.

College Graduate Preferred. This is a hybrid position. Some travel is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
